Project Description
This course covers advanced concepts in corporate finance, including cost of capital and capital budgeting, discounted cash flow valuation, financial multiples, payout policy, equity and debt financing, applications of option pricing theory, corporate control and recapitalizations, and enterprise risk management (ERM). The course aims to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical applications to solve real-world financial problems.
