Fachkompetenz
- erwerben fundierte Grundkenntnisse der Unternehmensbesteuerung, insbesondere der Besteuerung von Kapitalgesellschaften, Personengesellschaften, Verlustverrechnung und Bilanzsteuerrecht in Liechtenstein, Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz.
- kennen die Grundzüge der verschiedenen Körperschaftsteuersysteme, analysieren die Vor- und Nachteile diverser Rechtsformen und Finanzierungsarten, verstehen den Aussagegehalt der Konzernsteuerquote.
- kennen die Grundzüge des Europäischen Steuerrechts, insbesondere den europarechtlichen Hintergrund, den Wirkungsbereich der Grundfreiheiten sowie die aktuelle Rechtsprechung.
- verfügen über fundierte Grundkenntnisse der Steuerplanungsinstrumente und deren Zusammenspiel bei grenzüberschreitenden Sachverhalten.
- Die Studierenden sind in der Lage, die einzelnen Instrumente der internationalen Steuerplanung, insbesondere die Holding- und Finanzierungsgesellschaften, Stiftungen und Trusts sowie diverse Finanzinstrumente sinnvoll einzusetzen. Anhand der Fallbeispiele wird die Vorteilhaftigkeit der gelernten Instrumente verdeutlicht und weiter analysiert.

- explain case studies on innovation management related to frameworks, models, and methods covered in the lecture
- apply innovation management frameworks, models and methods to develop solutions for a real-life case study
- select appropriate innovation management methods and tools to apply to the given task
- develop a sustainable solution for the selected case study
- evaluate the developed solution with appropriate methods regarding its advantages and constraints
