The professional education offering in the field of architecture provides up-to-date knowledge on sustainable and digital construction, climate-friendly building processes and urban transformation strategies. The aim is to equip professionals in the construction industry with practical skills to meet today’s and tomorrow’s challenges. The programmes are designed for professionals who take on responsibility in the construction sector and wish to advance their qualifications in a thorough, future-oriented way that supports sustainable development. The offering ranges from specialist events and lectures to practical formats, such as construction site coordination.
Certificate Programme BIM-based Project Development
At the core of this programme is the application of BIM in the early phase of project development. Participants learn how digital tools, model-based collaboration, and integrated planning processes contribute to greater efficiency and quality throughout the project cycle. The content is practice-oriented and aligned with the current requirements of the construction and planning sectors. The programme is offered in a flexible, two-part structure and can be credited towards a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) or a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW).
This makes the programme particularly suitable for professionals who wish to enhance their qualifications and build BIM expertise.
