Innovative Finance Master’s Students Present Research at SGES 2025
Master of Innovative Finance students Hana Gashi and Leonhard Gräf represented the University of Liechtenstein at the Swiss Green Economy Symposium (SGES) 2025 in Winterthur this September. Their research on blended finance and innovative financing, developed within a semester module of the program, was presented at the Swiss Green Economy Symposium as part of the Innovationsforum on Innovative Financing Solutions.
The session was moderated by Simon Tribelhorn, Managing Director of the Liechtenstein Bankers Association (LBA), together with Katharina Bachinger, also a student in the Master of Innovative Finance. Under their guidance, the forum brought together changemakers, industry leaders and academics to exchange perspectives on how to scale impact financing.
Reflecting on their participation, Hana and Leonhard noted: “The event was a unique opportunity to present our semester research on blended finance and innovative financing. We were able to connect with industry experts, exchange ideas, and gain valuable insights for our future work.”
The University of Liechtenstein congratulates Hana Gashi, Leonhard Gräf and Katharina Bachinger on their contributions, which highlight the program’s commitment to linking academic research with practical solutions for sustainable finance.
