Compliance-Day 2025

Compliance-Day 2025

School or Professorship:
The Compliance Day 2025 will focus on new developments and shed light on current issues in the field of compliance. In times of increasing regulatory complexity, the Compliance Day offers a valuable platform for professionals to exchange practical knowledge and discuss innovative approaches. The professorships of Company, Foundation and Trust Law, Banking and Financial Market Law, as well as Economic Criminal Law, Compliance and Digitalization, cordially invite you to join us on May 27, 2025.

The first thematic block in the morning is dedicated to the interface between compliance requirements and operational processes within companies. Particular attention will also be given to risk management in the industrial sector. The subsequent second thematic block addresses risk prevention as a key area of compliance. The focus here will be on the reporting of suspicious activities under Art. 17 SPG as well as the implementation of international sanctions.

Following the networking lunch, the first afternoon block will be devoted to financial market law, with a regulatory update on the new Liechtenstein Banking Act, the AML package, and MiCAR. The second afternoon block will then focus on digitalization. Topics will include risk management from a data protection perspective involving AI, as well as internal investigations in the digital age.

At the end of the morning program, participants will have the opportunity to delve deeper into the topics during a panel discussion. In the afternoon, each thematic block will be followed by Q&A sessions.

After the presentations, we invite you to join us for a networking apéro, providing an opportunity to explore the topics of the Compliance Day 2025 in greater depth and continue the discussion in a more personal setting.

We would be delighted to welcome you on May 27, 2025, to our Compliance Day 2025, together with our distinguished speakers.
