Project Description
Die Lehrveranstaltung bietet einen Einblick in die Regulierung aktueller horizontaler Geschäftsmodelle im Bereich Finanzmarktrecht, etwa von Crowdfunding- und P2P-Plattformen oder digitaler Geschäfts-modelle (Regtech etc.). Zudem werden im achten Modul Schnittstellen zu anderen Bereichen des EU-/EWR-Wirtschaftsrechts beleuchtet, etwa im Bereich Energierecht, Telekommunikationsrecht, Daten-schutz, Netzwerk- und Informationssicherheit etc..
