Die Zielsetzung dieses Kursangebotes besteht in einer sehr praxisorientierten Vermittlung der Anwendungen im Tabellenkalkulationsprogramm Excel. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt dabei auf dem Einsatz von Formeln, die häufig im Alltag benötigt werden. Daran angeknüpft werden Anwendungen wie z.B. bedingte Formatierung vermittelt, damit Sie noch professionellere Arbeitsmappen erstellen können.

Neben den grundlegenden Anwendungsmöglichkeiten von Formeln, werden Sie lernen wie Formeln verschachtelt werden, was Matrixformeln sind und wo sie angewendet werden, sowie hilfreiche Tipps und Tricks um Ihre Tabellenblätter interaktiver zu gestalten. Darüber hinaus vermittelt der Kurs die Grundlagen in der Daten Analyse mit Pivot-Tabellen.

In einer sich rasant entwickelnden Technologiewelt ist die Blockchain-Technologie eine transformative Kraft. Smart Contracts, die selbstausführenden Verträge der Blockchain, sind eine weit verbreitete Anwendung dieser Technologie. Dieser dreiteilige Kurs führt Sie in die Welt der Smart Contracts ein. Dabei wird die Programmiersprache Solidity exemplarisch verwendet, um grundlegende Prinzipien und Möglichkeiten von Smart Contracts zu demonstrieren.

Der Kurs beginnt mit einer Einführung in die Programmiergrundlagen, ideal für Teilnehmer mit wenig oder keiner Vorerfahrung. Mit Blockchain-Kenntnissen als Voraussetzung, etwa durch vorherigen Besuch des Zertifikatsstudiengangs Blockchain und FinTech oder andere eigenständige Vorbildung, tauchen wir tiefer in die Funktion und Bedeutung von Smart Contracts ein. Sollten Sie noch keine Blockchain-Vorkenntnisse haben, dürfen Sie gerne Vorbereitungsunterlagen anfragen.

Mithilfe der webbasierten Entwicklungsumgebung Remix sammeln die Teilnehmer praktische Erfahrungen. Sie werden durch den Prozess der Entwicklung und des Testens eines eigenen Smart Contracts geführt, wobei Sicherheitsaspekte besondere Beachtung finden.

Dieser Kurs richtet sich an Programmierneulinge und an alle, die ein tieferes Verständnis für Smart Contracts gewinnen möchten. Er bietet eine freundliche, interaktive Lernumgebung, in der die Teilnehmer ermutigt werden, Fragen zu stellen und gemeinsam zu lernen. Jeder der drei Termine beinhaltet theoretische Erklärungen, praktische Übungen und Zeit für Fragen und Diskussionen.

Es stehen maximal 12 Plätze zur Verfügung. Alle Anmeldungen, die nach der vollen Belegung des Workshops eingehen, werden automatisch auf die Warteliste gesetzt.

Anlässlich des 100-jährigen Jubiläums des liechtensteinischen Personen- und Gesellschaftsrechts (PGR) erscheinen zwei Publikationen: eine juristische Festschrift und ein interdisziplinärer Jubiläumsband. Beide würdigen die Bedeutung dieses Gesetzes, das am 19. Februar 1926 in Kraft trat. Im Rahmen von zwei Veranstaltungen öffnet die Professur für Gesellschafts-, Stiftungs- und Trustrecht den Raum für Begegnung, Rückblick und Austausch und präsentiert jeweils eines dieser Werke.

Am 19. Februar 1926 trat das liechtensteinische PGR durch Kundmachung im Landesgesetzblatt Nr. 4 aus 1926 in Kraft. Wenige Kodifikationen haben die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung Liechtensteins so massgeblich beeinflusst, wie dies den historischen Gesetzesredakteuren Wilhelm und Emil Beck gelungen ist.

Exakt 100 Jahre später, am 19. Februar 2026, findet im Auditorium der Universität Liechtenstein die Präsentation des Jubiläumsbands «100 Jahre liechtensteinisches Personen- und Gesellschaftsrecht im Dialog» statt. Die Herausgeberinnen und Herausgeber, als versammelte Professorenschaft der Liechtenstein Business Law School, möchten mit dem Jubiläumsband den 100-jährigen Geburtstag des PGR gebührend feiern und gleichzeitig den wissenschaftlichen Diskurs für das kommende Jahrhundert eröffnen.
