Experiential AI Collaboration Training for Future-Oriented Business Leadership (X-ACT)
Project Description
The X-ACT project contributes to the digital transformation of higher education by preparing business students for AI-driven working environments and enabling them for successful collaboration and leadership in hybrid human-AI teams. To achieve this goal, the project develops and tests an experiential leadership training simulation that combines virtual reality with generative AI. It is designed for multilingual, open, and scalable use at European business schools.
The project team creates immersive VR scenarios and AI-supported team interactions through an iterative design process and integrates them into courses at the partner universities. Upon completion, the project will provide a validated prototype of the VR/AI simulation, a teaching playbook for curricular implementation, and publicly accessible teaching and learning materials. The results will be disseminated through academic publications, workshops, and digital media to enable broad application and further development.
