Dr. Béatrice Hasler works at the intersection of psychology and technology, exploring the psychological and societal impacts of digitalization. She is currently addressing the challenges of digital transformation in the workplace, with a focus on human-AI collaboration, digital resilience, and the development of future-oriented skills. Further interests include the psychological and socio-technical dimensions of cybersecurity and disinformation.

Research and Funding
Béatrice's research has been funded by national and international agencies, including the EU (Marie Curie Fellowship), the Swiss National Science Foundation, and the Israel Science Foundation.

Teaching
Béatrice has taught more than 20 courses with a focus on virtual reality, persuasive technologies, technology-supported conflict resolution, and experimental research methods. She also supervises Master's and doctoral theses in the fields of human-computer interaction, social psychology, and behavioral economics.

Publications
Béatrice has authored of more than 20 peer-reviewed articles in leading interdisciplinary journals (e.g., ACM Transactions on Computer-Human Interaction, Computers in Human Behavior, New Media & Society, AI & Society, Cyberpsychology, Behavior and Social Networking, Scientific Reports) and has served as guest editor of several special issues. She is also a regular keynote speaker and panelist at international conferences.
