Aus der Praxis hat sich gezeigt, dass Architektinnen und Architekten in ihrem Schaffen selten alleine agieren. Gestützt auf diese Tatsache orientieren sich die Inhalte des Modules an Aufgaben wie dem Agieren im Team aber auch am adäquaten Umgang mit den Behörden oder externen Büros. Die Studierenden erhalten ein Gefühl dafür was es bedeutet eine erste Vision mit Fachplanerinnen und Fachplanern abzustimmen und wann welche Expertise benötigt wird.

In Form von Vortrag, Projektarbeiten, Übungen, Recherche, Visualisierung, Peerfeedback, Diagrammen, Grafiken, Skizzen, Zeichnungen und Plänen.

Das Lehrmaterial wird den Studierenden semesterweise zur Verfügung gestellt.

Tectonics relates building methods from construction in wood, brick, stone or concrete to theoretical approaches of Schinkel, Semper, Viollet-le-Duc or Choisy and reflects upon the relation of form, structure and construction. Built examples serve to record the material laws that determine the construction and illuminates these at various levels of scale. The conceptually and constructively formulated detail, which essentially describes the character of a building, is the focus of the tectonic investigations. This research on iconic buildings is undertaken in axonometric drawings that allow to explain the specific tectonic approach.

The seminar involves interactive lectures with exercises to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical design and analysis skills.

In this seminar, key topics of high relevance for the spatial development of contemporary urban landscapes are taught. These are approached in a transdisciplinary manner and embedded in a holistic view. Based on the principles of decarbonisation, adaptation to climate change, the fostering of biodiversity and an inclusive and equitable distribution of space, spatial design is understood as a key to the spatial discourse. During the semester, students engage intensively with a selected topic and develop their own design approach based on theoretical texts and case studies from practice.

Students learn to assess environmental impacts, use LCA tools, interpret results, and communicate findings effectively. The course covers an introduction to LCA and life cycle thinking, methodology and phases, data collection and analysis, impact assessment, normalising and weighting, case studies and applicants, interpretation and communication of results, tools and software, standards and guidelines, current trends and future directions.

Im Modul "Beschaffung, Logistik & Produktion" werden grundlegende Konzepte, Modelle und Methoden der betrieblichen Leistungserstellung behandelt und in Übungen praktisch angewendet. Zu den wesentlichen Lerninhalten zählen: Grundlagen der betrieblichen Leistungserstellung (insb. wirtschaftliche Zielsetzungen, Transformationsebenen im Unternehmen, Faktor- und Prozessbetrachtung), Beschaffung (insb. Ein besonderer Fokus des Zertifikatsstudiengangs liegt auf dem Thema Datenschutz und Datensicherheit. Kundendaten sind die wichtigste Ressource der Finanzbranche, ihr Schutz ist daher von höchster Wichtigkeit. Mit der Datenschutzgrundverordnung wurde ein europaweiter Rechtsrahmen geschaffen, um ein einheitliches datenschutzrechtliches Sicherheitsniveau zu schaffen. Neben den umfangreichen Vorgaben der Verordnung, insbesondere der datenschutzrechtlichen IT-Sicherheit, werden auch Themen wie Datenschutzkonzepte, Data Loss Prevention-Massnahmen oder auch der Einsatz von Big Data Analysen behandelt. Die Bearbeitung praxisrelevanter Fallbeispiele ermöglicht es den Teilnehmenden, anwendungsorientierte und effektive Antworten auf aktuelle Fragestellungen zu entwickeln.

-Wissen und Verstehen:
Die Studierenden verfugen uber das relevante Wissen im Bereich Datenschutzrecht an der Schnittstelle zum Finanzmarktrecht. Sie wissen, welche Eckpunkte fur eine erfolgreiche Datenschutz-Compliance erforderlich sind und welche Sicherheitsmassnahmen (in Abhangigkeit von der Risikogeneigtheit der Geschaftstatigkeit eines Unternehmens) ergriffen werden mussen, um Datenschutz erfolgreich im Unternehmen zu implementieren.
-Anwendung von Wissen und Verstehen:
Die Studierenden sind in der Lage, eine Datenschutz-Compliance im Unternehmen zu implementieren und sind befahigt, die erforderlichen Datenschutzsicherheitsmassnahmen zu ergreifen.
-Urteilen:
Die Studierenden sind in der Lage, je nach Risikolage des Unternehmens die Erforderlichkeit und den gebotenen Umfang an Datenschutz-Sicherheitsmassnahmen anhand verschiedener Faktoren (Kosten, Nutzen, Risikopravention, rechtliche Aspekte) korrekt einzuschatzen.
-Kommunikative Fertigkeiten:
Die Studierenden sind fahig, unterschiedliche Ansatze von Datensicherheitsmassnahmen zielgruppengerecht an das Unternehmensmanagement sowie weitere Stakeholder zu kommunizieren. Des Weiteren konnen sie die Datenschutz-Compliance Anforderungen ihres Unternehmens klar und eindeutig gegenuber Technologieanbietern kommunizieren und die fur ihre Unternehmen besten Angebote identifizieren und erforderlichen Massnahmen umsetzen.
