Project Description
Im Modul wird das physikalische Wissen und technische Planen zielführend auf eine gesunde und nachhaltige Bauweise ausgerichtet. Es werden Grundlagen der Bauphysik und der Haustechnik und deren disziplinarer Vernetzung vermittelt.
Für den Beruf des Architekten werden nachhaltige Konzepte in Einklang zwischen Bauphysik und Haustechnik vermittelt, beginnend mit bauphysikalischen Low-Tech-Lösungen mit einem geringen Bedarf an Haustechnik. Es wird das Verständnis für klimafreundliche Technologien entwickelt.

Project Description
Die Kommunikation von Architektur umfasst die Interdisziplinarität vom gedachten und visualisierten Raum bis zum geschriebenen Wort. Im Modul Werkzeuge und Methoden 2 wird den Studierenden vermittelt, wie Raum künstlerisch erfasst und Architektur sowohl in Zeichnung, Modell und Plakat als auch in fachspezifischen Texten wissenschaftlich kommuniziert wird.

It is closely connected to the five units of the Liechtenstein School of Architecture and is usually part of ongoing research projects. The Master's Thesis is carried out by the student as part of an Advanced Studio and is supervised by the unit. The thesis contains a developed hypothesis that is verified (or falsified) as part of the design project. In addition to the actual design project, the Master's thesis includes the design and production of the thesis book. This consists of
three parts: the documentation of the design project, a theoretical report and a technical report. The formal aspects of the thesis and the thesis book are described in the Master's thesis regulations.

Im Umgang mit der Natur und der Gestaltung der Landschaft prägen die Menschen den Raum nachhaltig. Der Blick auf die heute schwindende Landschaft als Ressource verändert Wahrnehmungs- und Gestaltungsmuster. Im Modul Städtebau 2 wird den Studierenden vermittelt, wie unsere Landschaften und Freiräume entstanden sind und erläutert, wie heute urbane Räume aus der Landschaft heraus um- und weitergebaut werden.
