Architecture is more than designing buildings. It shapes spaces, influences societies and transforms our built environment in harmony with ecological, cultural and social demands. Research at the University of Liechtenstein approaches architecture as an interdisciplinary field, one that brings together craftsmanship, construction, building processes, sustainability, spatial development and upcycling in a forward-looking dialogue.

59th After-Work Lecture

We can look back on an extremely successful 59th after-work lecture on the topic of “Asset Allocation and AI”, which was organized in collaboration with the CFA Society Liechtenstein. Sebastian Stöckl, Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Liechtenstein, gave an exciting and thought-provoking presentation that bridged the gap between cutting-edge academic research and real-world investment practice.

At the invitation of Prof. Dr. Leo Brecht, Max Meier was a guest speaker in the lecture “Entrepreneurial Founding Process.” Max Meier is an entrepreneur, managing partner, and lawyer, and is one of the youngest supervisory board members in the entire DACH region.

Innovative Finance Master’s Students Present Research at SGES 2025

Master of Innovative Finance students Hana Gashi and Leonhard Gräf represented the University of Liechtenstein at the Swiss Green Economy Symposium (SGES) 2025 in Winterthur this September. Their research on blended finance and innovative financing, developed within a semester module of the program, was presented at the Swiss Green Economy Symposium as part of the Innovationsforum on Innovative Financing Solutions.
